Role Overview

As a Live Artist Experience Coordinator, you will be the primary on-ground representative of

Qalakaar, ensuring seamless execution of our curated performances. This role bridges artists,

venues, and the brand ensuring each event aligns with our premium standards and artist-first

philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate and communicate with artists and technical teams to ensure smooth

pre-event planning.

● Represent Qalakaar on-site, managing all aspects of event execution from artist

hospitality to technical setup.

● Uphold brand presence and professionalism through audience engagement and event

oversight.

● Support the artist experience by handling logistics, maintaining schedules, and resolving

on-ground issues.

● Capture and manage key event moments for internal and social documentation.

● Ensure proper post-event closure including documentation and brand protocol

adherence.

Ideal Candidate

● Excellent coordination and communication skills

● A passion for independent music and the live event space

● Reliable, professional, and composed under pressure

● Experience in hospitality, events, or artist management is a plus
