Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize modern teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations related to analytics and machine learning.
  1. Research:
  • Conduct high-quality research in Business Analytics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, aiming for publication in reputable journals and conferences.
  • Pursue research funding opportunities and collaborate with industry partners on relevant projects.
  • Present research findings at academic and industry conferences.
  1. Academic Service:
  • Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement within the department.
  • Participate in departmental and institutional committees and initiatives.
  • Engage in academic advising and mentorship of students.
  1. Community Engagement:
  • Foster relationships with industry leaders and academic peers.
  • Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Promote the institute’s programs and research initiatives through various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Ph.D. or equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Post-doctoral experience and/or industry experience in relevant areas is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record of research and publication in Business Analytics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
  • Experience in teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a dynamic academic environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, and familiarity with relevant software and tools.
