Job Overview: We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Ground Staff at the airport. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all passengers and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle baggage and cargo, ensuring proper handling and loading onto aircraft - Conduct security checks on passengers and their luggage - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and airport facilities by following established protocols and procedures - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other airport staff, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to all safety and security regulations set by the airport and airline Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and stand for extended periods of time - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidates will be employed directly by Viswamitempowersolution and will be based at the Kochi airport in Kerala, India.
