Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Oversee and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads).
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to achieve business goals.
  • Manage company's social media presence and online reputation.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
