Job Title : AIML Project Manager (Delivery Manager role with IT expertise in AI/ML and LLM technologies) Experience: 10+ Years. Type: Full-time Location : Pune/ Indore/ Kolkata/ Bangalore NP : Immediate Joiner/ 30 Days Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT project delivery and deep knowledge of AI/ML and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI initiatives, manage cross functional teams, and ensure project success across timelines and budgets. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the delivery of AI/ML and LLM-focused projects for global clients. · Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. · Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk mitigation. · Translate client requirements into detailed delivery roadmaps aligned with business objectives. · Maintain strong governance and stakeholder engagement through regular reporting and updates. · Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI practices. · Contribute to pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, client presentations, and solutioning. Required Skills: · Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, especially in AI/ML and LLM domains. · Solid understanding of LLM frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar. · Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). · Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. · Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications: · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. · Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) and/or cloud technologies are a plus.
