Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and designing interior spaces. They will also work on selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth execution of projects and provide design expertise.

* Understanding client briefs from the client servicing team
* Research On Fresh new Ideas and share detailed concept plans for Experiential Events and Activation as per the brief
*Suggest BTL/ Experiential Marketing Plans/ Brand Campaigns to meet specific client objectives
* Developing Tech Driven Innovations.
* Should be capable of conceptualising 360 degree plans for Intellectual Properties.
* Translations and Tabulations of sets and aesthetic Decor.
* Teamwork and collaboration creative thinking artistically inclined.
* Provide Integrated strategies for events and experiential marketing campaigns.
* Excellent PPT making skills are a must
Role & Responsibilities: • Inspiring creativity throughout all design work
• Conceptualize, visualize, brainstorm, ideate, transform and communicate ideas into effective designs/artwork/templates
• Collaborating with account holders to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
• Oversee the correct briefing and supervision of the rest of the design team
• Ensuring that all design work is completed promptly to the highest standard.
• Ensuring that design department is aware of trends and improvement in both techniques and technology that are relevant to the business. Training, coaching and mentoring as required.
• Maintain communications and relationships between design team and the other departments.
Qualifications
Skills in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings
Strong Interior Design skills
Experience in selecting FF&E
Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
5+ years of experience in interior design

1. Knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Canva, or any other similar software for creating design presentations
2. Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max/SketchUp for creating 2D and 3D layouts
3. Possess aesthetic designing skills
4. Market research skills to understand trending themes, colors, etc.
5. A knack for creativity and innovation
6. Knowledge of MS Excel, Google sheets, etc.
7. Experience of 0-1 year in interior designing/architecture/wedding industry
8. Bachelors in architecture/interior designing from a recognized university/institute (graduate/pursuing)
The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Responsibilities
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
