Skill set
*Extensive experience in design and development of 1. BIW 2. Trims 3.Exterior Trims 4. Soft Trims 5. Chassis systems.
*Strong knowledge of automotive standards, safety requirements and regulations.
* Minimum 5 years experience in New Part Development.
*Strong communication skill is mandatory to handle Program Stake Holders & Suppliers. *Exceptional CATIA V5 Skills.
*Good Knowledge in T eamcenter Engineering & Vismockup.
*Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
Domain knowledge
Trims:
*Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
*Understanding of plastic components.
*Strong problem-solving abilities, project management and communication skills.
*Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
BIW:
*A deep understanding of BIW engineering principles.
*Understanding of Design rules, standards, and regulations.
*Strong teamwork and communication skills.
*Ability to work without supervision.
Position 1:
Candidate should have min 4+ Years of experience in Automotive Interior / Exterior trims design.
Be responsible for the CAD design of Interior Components Of IP, Console/Door Trims/Cabin Trims/ Exterior Trims & Soft Trims
Good knowledge on plastic part design & tooling feasibility with Tool direction definition parting line & slider/ Lifter construction and master sections & Packing study.
Hands on experience in CATIA,3DX, Exposure on complex Surface 3D Modelling
Strong background knowledge in injection molding & plastic manufacturing process.
