Designation: Business Developer (BFSI Solution Expert – CoE Builder)

Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon


Experience: 8+ years in BFSI with expertise in tech-driven solutions, product sales, marketing, and P&L management.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (preferred).
  • MBA in Marketing, Finance, or Strategy.
  • Certifications in Digital Transformation, Product Management, or Financial Technologies are a plus.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to establish and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) in the BFSI domain, focusing on driving innovation, tech product sales, and marketing. The role also involves full accountability for the P&L of the vertical, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

1. CoE Development:

  • Design and implement the BFSI CoE framework.
  • Define the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap for the CoE.
  • Establish governance and operational structures.


2. Technology Product Sales:

  • Develop and execute strategies for technology product sales in BFSI.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities to position products effectively.


3. Product Marketing:

  • Drive go-to-market strategies for BFSI technology solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define product positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and sales collateral.


4. P&L Management:

  • Own the profit and loss statement for the BFSI vertical.
  • Develop and manage budgets to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.


5. Innovation and Digital Transformation:

  • Identify emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, RPA) and integrate them into BFSI solutions.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to design and launch innovative products.
  • Ensure solutions align with customer needs and market trends.


6. Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align CoE goals with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.


7. Performance Metrics:

  • Define and track KPIs for sales performance, market penetration, and profitability.
  • Ensure solutions meet customer satisfaction and operational excellence benchmarks.
