Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad – (Work from Office) Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible) Employment Type: Full-time, In-office Experience Level: 2+ Years Compensation: 2,40,000 – 3,60,000 LPA   Role Overview We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Ahmedabad team. As Codiple’s first design hire , you’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for both No-Code/Low-Code platforms and Traditional Development projects (websites, web apps, and mobile apps). You will collaborate closely with developers and business teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly designs that align with client needs. Key Responsibilities Design user-centric interfaces for No-Code/Low-Code platforms (Webflow, Bubble.io, FlutterFlow) and traditional projects (custom web & mobile applications). Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma . Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate design implementation . Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and brand consistency . Stay updated with design trends across both modern no-code platforms and traditional workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer . Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile projects . Proficiency in Figma (must-have); Adobe XD or other design tools is a plus. Understanding of both No-Code/Low-Code workflows and traditional development processes. Solid grasp of UX principles, user journeys, typography, and color theory . Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary: 2.4 – 3.6 LPA .
