If you know how to turn budgets into measurable ROI, analyze numbers like a scientist, and collaborate with content & SEO teams to drive exponential growth, we want to talk to you.What You’ll Do- Plan, run, and optimize performance ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.) with clear ROI targets.- Dive into Google Analytics, Firebase, and other data tools to track, analyze, and improve funnel performance.- Work closely with content writers, SEO specialists, and designers to align growth campaigns across channels.- Identify new growth opportunities, experiment with strategies, and scale what works.- Monitor KPIs, CAC, LTV, retention, and other key metrics to ensure sustainable growth.What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in performance marketing and growth strategies.- Strong analytical skills with comfort in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and similar tools.- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution.- Ability to collaborate across SEO, content, and product teams to push growth initiatives forward.- A growth mindset: someone who experiments, learns fast, and scales successful strategies.If you’re excited about data-driven growth and performance marketing, we’d love to hear from you Apply now or DM us directly.
