Job Summary

As a
Copilot Studio Maker
, you'll be at the forefront of delivering intelligent, conversational AI solutions to clients across industries. You'll use Microsoft Copilot Studio to design and build custom copilots that streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and unlock new business value.

This role blends technical expertise, business acumen, and creativity. You'll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, prototype solutions, and deploy copilots that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of client-specific copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive conversational workflows
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify use cases and define success metrics
  • Build integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and connectors
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions, from ideation to deployment and post-launch optimization
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams on Copilot Studio usage and governance
  • Stay current with AI trends and advise clients on emerging opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in solution development, consulting, or digital transformation roles
  • 1–2 years
    of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents), Power Platform, or similar low-code tools
  • Strong understanding of conversational UX, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration
  • Ability to engage with clients, gather requirements, and present solutions confidently
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and business process automation
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and basic scripting (Power Fx, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role
  • Knowledge of industry-specific workflows (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail)
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365
