We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a 
Program & Community Engagement Associate
. You will work closely with the Where U Elevate Team to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects including Hackathon Campaigns, Bootcamps, Academic Outreach, Open Innovation Programs and Saarthi Workshops.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute Hackathons, Open Innovation Programs, Bootcamps, Academic outreach Workshops and community engagement campaigns
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and team members
  • Identify and reach out to target audiences as per project requirements, including students, working professionals, and startups
  • Formulate outreach plans to effectively engage with the identified audiences via email, social media platforms and community events
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations with communities, startups, colleges, and professionals to encourage their participation
  • Management & creation of active engagement on WUE Community on Discord with proper planning and execution of internal community events
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Analysing data and user feedback (project results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future project strategies.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Have a growth mindset, if you don't know how to do something, you take the initiative to learn how to do it
