Job Description

Axis AMC is seeking a dynamic and driven Circle Manager to lead our bank channel business in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong mutual fund expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive mutual fund sales through bank channel partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank RM teams
• Lead and manage a team to execute business plans effectively
• Conduct partner training and product presentations
• Analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery
• Monitor competitor activity and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met
• Travel locally and outstation as required

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably mutual funds
• Strong understanding of bank channel dynamics and customer engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• NISM Series V-A & XXI-A certifications are mandatory
• Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic market needs
