Telcovas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager with telecom expertise to lead our operations in Asia Pacific regions. Regional Sales Manager is a senior leader who manages company's sales and operations with a strong understanding of business, customer requirements and service. They are responsible for driving our business growth, managing regional teams, ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic initiatives, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting sales goals and achieve sales and profitability targets
- Create and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives.
- Strong understanding of technical knowledge of Telcovas product portfolio and be able to deliver meaningful results
- Manage and motivate their sales teams, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with marketing and product development.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales objectives and exceed targets
- Identify market opportunities and trends to expand our market presence
- Contribute to onboarding new clients across the region.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Attend conferences, events, and seminars and present key products and applications
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, customer needs and share relevant market feedback
- Prepare and present regular and accurate sales reports on regional performance to senior management
- Open to travel across APAC region and make strategy for quick win
Qualifications and Skills:
- Post Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and Graduate in electronics/telecommunication/IT /computer Science stream
- Strong experience in planning and implementation of sales strategies.
- Experience in managing team
- Knowledge of Telecom domain is a must
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent in creating Power point presentation
- Fluency in English and regional language
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours as needed.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software
