Purpose :

Analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting decision-making to enhance efficiency and profitability in manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, including production metrics, financial reports, and ERP systems, to identify trends and insights that drive operational efficiencies.Process Improvement: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to evaluate current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for optimization.Forecasting and Planning: Assisting in forecasting demand, production planning, and inventory management based on data analysis and market trends.Project Management: Managing projects related to process improvement initiatives, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.Reporting: Generating regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to communicate findings, performance metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.Technology Integration: Supporting the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and other technology solutions to improve data accuracy and operational visibility.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes in all analytical and operational activities.Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within manufacturing industry.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to operational challenges.Communication: Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data and technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.Manufacturing Knowledge: Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry best practices.Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentMandatory Educational Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
