Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Paid Media Trainee. The ideal candidate will be a smart, enthusiastic professional eager to learn and contribute to our digital marketing initiatives. Talent should have some previous education in Digital Marketing and hands on contributing in Ads operation.
Looking for an enthusiastic and Digital trainees having experience of 0-2 years
Communicate with the stakeholders involved in the campaigns, from Global and local team. Fundamentally strong in Digital tools and platform functionality and used cases.
Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Google Search Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Analytic
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and our website.
Analyze digital marketing metrics and assist in preparing reports to track performance.
Conduct market research to identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities.
Support the SEM efforts by researching keywords, monitoring search engine rankings, and executing basic optimization strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
Learn and utilize various digital marketing tools and technologies.
Ready to learn and scale use of AI in Digital Marketing.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
3-12 Months certification in Digital Marketing, Specially in paid Media
Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle communication with Global clients
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
