Job Description The SOC Lead will oversee the Security Operations Centre, ensuring 24x7 monitoring, detection, analysis, and Response to cybersecurity incidents Key Responsibilities: Lead the SOC team to ensure effective 24x7 monitoring and incident response. Develop, maintain, and optimize SOC processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures. Coordinate and oversee threat detection, incident triage, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery efforts. Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve SOC efficiency and maturity. Liaise with IT, risk, and compliance teams for coordinated cyber defense efforts. Provide regular reports on security posture, incidents, and SOC operations to senior management. Requirements Work Experience: 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3-4 years in SOC operations leadership Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field. Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, EDR, and other SOC technologies. Experience with incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber defense strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GCIH, or equivalent) preferred.
