Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Game Tester to join our team at Jash Entertainment. As a Game Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our 2D and 3D games. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in game testing and possess a passion for gaming.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in game testingStrong knowledge of game testing methodologies, strategies, and best practicesAbility to generate and execute test cases based on game requirementsFamiliarity with bug tracking tools like JiraExperience with functionality and non-functionality testing, including usability and compatibility testingPassion for gaming and a good understanding of gaming conceptsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct thorough testing of our 2D and 3D games to identify and report bugs, glitches, and issuesCreate and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the functionality and performance of gamesPerform both functionality and non-functionality testing, including usability and compatibility testingCollaborate with game designers and developers to debug and resolve issuesTrack and document bugs using bug tracking tools like JiraProvide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality of gamesParticipate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process to ensure a seamless gaming experienceStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in game testingAssist in the continuous improvement of our game testing processes and methodologies
