Position Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the marketing and brand development efforts for Nyla Air Water’s premium segment. The ideal candidate will have experience in building luxury brands, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with our discerning audience. This role requires a hands-on, collaborative approach to ensure brand consistency and drive growth in the premium water market.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development:
Design and execute innovative strategies that elevate Nyla Air Water's presence within the luxury market. Develop brand initiatives that communicate our core values of purity, luxury, and sustainability.
Market Analysis & Insights:
Conduct in-depth market research to gain insights into consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in the premium water industry. Leverage this data to refine brand strategies and drive product differentiation.
Integrated Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer collaborations, and traditional advertising. Ensure alignment with brand messaging and premium positioning.
Strategic Partnerships:
Forge partnerships with luxury brands, high-profile influencers, eco-conscious organizations, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility, drive collaborations, and expand reach within the premium and eco-friendly sectors.
Product Development & Innovation:
Work closely with product development teams to introduce new products or limited-edition collections that align with the premium brand image and cater to the evolving preferences of high-end consumers.
Sustainability Advocacy & Brand Communications:
Champion Nyla Air Water’s sustainability initiatives in all brand communications. Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, social media, and point-of-sale materials, establishing the brand as a leader in responsible luxury.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty:
Develop and implement loyalty programs or VIP initiatives that enhance customer experience, build long-term relationships, and deepen engagement with the Nyla Air Water brand.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
At least 5+ years of experience in brand management, particularly within the luxury or premium FMCG/beverage sectors.
A proven record of crafting and executing impactful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, premium brand positioning, and market trends.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling brand narratives.
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
