Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies. The candidate will play a key role in building the company's online presence, driving engagement, and generating leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads).
  • Manage and optimize company websites, landing pages, and digital assets for better visibility and user engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and increase followers on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Create engaging content (blogs, posts, infographics, videos) aligned with marketing goals.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and optimize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversions, CTR, leads) using tools like Google Analytics and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to design marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, and social media management tools.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and content-writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
