Role Description :

  • We are looking forward to candidates interested in business valuation profession in high paced environment.
  • The work will mostly involve engagement Purchase Price Allocation/ Business Combination, IRC 409a valuations, Goodwill impairment, portfolio valuations, complex security valuations etc.
  • Responsible for the part and entire project delivery cycle of information gathering, industry research, valuation analysis, report preparation, audit support etc.
  • Salary will be better than the industry standards.


Candidate Requirements :


  • Must have worked in business valuations for at least 2 year.  3-5 years preferred.
  • Must have worked on PPA/Business Combination and IRC 409a/ common stock valuations.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and word. Good PowerPoint skills is a bonus. Knowledge of working with Capital IQ, etc. will be an advantage.
  • Experience in valuation modeling, industry and market research, report preparation, audit support etc.
  • Experience in complex security (monte carlo simulations) etc. preferred.

  • MBA, CA, CFA qualification preferred.
  • Candidates from NCR are preferred  or have to relocate to NCR.
