The Role Communicare are seeking a dedicated Intake Liaison Advisor with a passion for ending family and domestic violence, to join our Connect and Respect team based across Armadale and Midland sites. You will be working 76 hours per fortnight in a full-time role, with at least two shifts per week finishing at 8:00 PM. You will play a vital role in assessing the suitability of potential participants for our Connect and Respect program, while proactively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure referral and information systems are accurate and effective. This is a meaningful opportunity to apply your work experience in behaviour change, FDV, AOD, mental health, or related support services to help improve safety for women and children impacted by FDVA. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate referrals and assess participant suitability for the Connect and Respect program Maintain and manage accurate referral and information systems Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery Contribute to a supportive learning environment focused on FDVA sector development To learn more about us and our purpose-driven work, visit About You You’re someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and enjoys supporting operational excellence through strong administrative processes. In addition to the above you will have: Qualification and/or experience in a relevant field, with expertise in family and domestic violence or men’s behaviour change programs highly regarded. Proven ability to coordinate caseloads while maintaining consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Sound knowledge of family and domestic violence frameworks, with a focus on promoting family safety. Understanding of quality assurance principles, assessment methodologies, and effective practices in record keeping and report writing. Valid Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check, Willing to obtain Department of Justice integrity clearance once employed. Experience working within Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (desirable).
