About the job role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us develop visually appealing and impactful graphic design solutions. You will be responsible for a wide range of design projects, from concept creation to final execution, ensuring they align with brand identity and marketing goals.


Responsibilities: -

  • Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts.
  • Knowledge of design image / Template for social media and website.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including.
  • CorelDraw , Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the University.
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
  • Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
  • Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces.
  • Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
  • Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.


Must have: -

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in university or educational institutions will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design projects relevant to the industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout, composition).
  • Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
