Reports To: Manager – HR / Head – HR
Job Summary
The Junior Manager – HR (Training Cell) will play a key role in driving employee learning and development initiatives. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing training programs to build employee capability, improve performance, and align workforce skills with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in training coordination and a passion for employee development.
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements through TNA (Training Need Analysis).
Maintain training calendar and align programs with organizational objectives.
Program Coordination & Delivery:
Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and participants to ensure smooth execution of sessions.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain training MIS, attendance, feedback forms, and employee learning records.
Prepare periodic training reports and share insights with management.
Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support ISO/HR audits related to training documentation.
Continuous Learning Initiatives:
Promote e-learning platforms and self-development opportunities for employees.
- Suggest innovative learning solutions to enhance workforce engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Training & Development / HR function.
- Technical Skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS / LMS knowledge preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and proactive approach.
