Hi All,

  • Configure and develop on 5+Years ServiceNow Modules.
  • Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow.
  • capabilities related Modules.
  • Implement ServiceNow customizations including, but not limited to: Client Scripts,
  • UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration,
  • report setup, REST integrations and complex data imports.
  • Execute development pipeline.
  • perform service request management for ITx Now platform modules.
  • perform change & release management for ITx Now platform modules.
  • provide technical consultancy for developments/enhancements on ITx Now platform modules.
  • perform incident- & problem management (incl. on-call if required) for developments and platform artifacts create story manifests for update sets execute quality gatekeeping.
  • Define development guidelines and principles in consultation with the Now basis platform.
  • Define quality management policies and principles (test management, quality assurance (ATF), quality self-fast assurance (smoke tests), handover signoff) in consultation with the Now basis platform.
  • perform quality checks based on define update set release & transport guidelines.
  • perform smoke tests and ATF execution.
  • Recommend Qualifications based on previous tasks in a similar environment include :
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • 3+ years of experience with application development with technologies such as
  • JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, Jelly. Solid understanding of web services (REST/SOAP/WSDL/XML), and HTTP Request Methods
  • Client-Side Scripting using gform class, UI Policies and UI Actions.
  • Experience Debugging client-side scripts.
  • Experience on Server-Side Scripting using the server-side API (Glide System, Glide Record, Glide Date Time)
  • experience using JavaScript debugger.
  • Experience on Business Rules, using of Fix Scripts, Background Scripts,
  • Scheduled jobs, workflows, knowledge about how to build complex workflows.
  • General Knowledge of the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules
  • Knowledge about how to release update sets among environments.
  • Get used to work in complex environments and big ServiceNow teams and project.
  • Mid Server experience, on performing tasks and jobs through Mid Server (Master Data Management, Discovery, Mid Server Scripts)
  • Experience on managing complex Architectural schemas.
  • Experience on Portal Development
  • 2+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Read and write Technical English Capabilities
  • Desirable: ITIL Foundation
  • Desirable: Experience working in a SCRUM /SaFe team and SCRUM Knowledge.
