We are looking for aSenior Full Stack Engineer (Lead)who will drive architecture, development, delivery quality, and UI engineering for all our AI products. This role requires strong ownership and the ability to convert product vision into scalable engineering foundations.Key Responsibilities1. Frontend Architecture & FoundationBuild the main UI shell (layouts, routing, navigation, global components)Structure a scalable frontend for multiple AI productsEnsure consistent, clean UI/UX across different AI platforms2. Build a Reusable UI Component LibraryCreate reusable componentsDevelop rich editors, analytics charts, and calendar widgetsEnsure maintainable, well-documented component patterns3. Product DashboardsHiring dashboards → i.e., jobs, candidates, assignments, evaluation insightsMarketing dashboards → i.e., campaigns, content plans, performance metrics, cost, actionsOther AI platform dashboards4. API & Integration LayerCreate unified API clients, hooks, and integration utilitiesManage error handling, caching, and state managementCollaborate with backend & AI teams to integrate agentic workflows5. Backend Engineering (Node.js or Python FastAPI)Design clean REST APIsImplement controllers, validation, and middlewareIntegrate with platform services (identity, notifications, agent runtime)6. Authentication & Access ControlImplement secure login + token managementRole-based access control (RBAC Flow) (hiring manager, marketing manager, candidate)Organization-level multi-tenant access control7. Engineering Ownership & LeadershipReview code from junior developersSet coding standards & folder structureDrive clean architecture and maintainabilityWork closely with Founder & AI team to align on product requirements8. DevOps & DeploymentSet up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)Containerize apps with DockerDeploy to Cloud Run / Azure App ServiceManage environment configurations and secrets9.
