The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:  Required Skills for Validation Engineer: - Software testing of Locomotive sub-systems using Hardware in Testing Loop(HITL). Working experience on Simulators using LAB VIEW Models & Virtual Simulators(Emulators). Validation Data Analysis, Defect Identification, Root Cause Analysis. Good Experience on Creating of Testcase design and Test Methodologies. Working experience on tools like IBM Doors, ClearQuest. Creative thinking about testing improvements to positively impact usability, function, and performance. Experience in multiple levels of SDLC. Good Understanding and knowledge on Locomotive Control system. Knowledge on Automation will be added advantage.
