Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Software Application Engineer - AL (Fresher) to join our onsite team in Coimbatore. As an Software Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of technical solutions tailored to customer needs. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in engineering and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of applications and systems.
  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer science
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of engineering concepts and application support.
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
