Role Therecruitment lead will be responsible for attracting and selectingthe right talent for the Group in India. This position will alsohelp identify establish and maintain relationships with teachertraining institutions to enable our schools recruit quality talentfrom campus recruitmentinitiatives.

Leadthe endtoend recruitment and selectionprocess.
Workwith Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deepunderstanding of the job and candidaterequirements.
Implementeffective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifyingthe best channels for sourcing candidates creating compelling jobpostings and establishing efficient screening and interviewprocesses.
Ensurea positive candidateexperience.
Identifyand develop sourcing pools i.e. college campuses vendors job boardsprofessional social media sitesetc.
SendDaily and Weekly Reports and Publish RecruitmentDashboard

SkillsQualifications andExperience
Bachelors degree from an accredited college oruniversity
Minimum6 years experience in HR with minimum of 4 years directly handlingrecruitment.
Strongproficiency in English (Written &Spoken)
Proventrack record of managing the endtoend recruitmentprocess.
Projectand time managementskills.
Shouldhave business acumen and strong negotiationskills.
Experiencedeveloping and managing a team ispreferable.
Theability to manage social media is an addedadvantage.
Experiencein working on an ATS is highlypreferable.
Effectiveanalytical critical thinking writing and verbal communicationskills.
Abilityto understand apply and use a variety of software applicationsincluding sound knowledge of standard computing tools includingMicrosoft Office applications online databases email and webbasedresearchtools.
