Job type: Full time - On Site

Key Responsibilities

Training & Mentorship:

⁠ ⁠Conduct interactive classroom & online training sessions.

⁠ ⁠Deliver structured learning programs covering various digital marketing disciplines.

⁠ ⁠Provide real-world case studies, live projects, and hands-on assignments to enhance learning.

⁠ ⁠Guide students in executing digital marketing strategies for practical understanding.

Curriculum Development & Content Creation:

⁠ ⁠Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assignments based on latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

⁠ ⁠Create engaging and effective learning content, including videos, blogs, and assessments.

Subject Expertise & Industry Knowledge:

⁠ ⁠Cover fundamental to advanced topics such as:

⁠ ⁠Search Engine Optimization (SEO) On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO

⁠ ⁠Social Media Marketing (SMM) Organic & Paid Strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube

⁠ ⁠Google Ads & PPC Campaigns - Search, Display, Video & Performance Marketing

⁠ ⁠Affiliate & Email Marketing* Lead generation & Automation strategies

⁠ ⁠Content Marketing & Blogging- Strategy, Planning & Monetization

⁠ ⁠Web Analytics & Data Insights Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking & Optimization

⁠ ⁠Online Reputation Management (ORM) Brand Awareness & Crisis Management

Student Engagement & Career Guidance:

⁠ ⁠Assist students in certifications, resume building, and job placements.

⁠ ⁠Conduct *one-on-one mentorship sessions for performance improvement.

⁠ ⁠Organize workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons to enhance learning.

Qualification - Any graduate (Broad knowledge of technical terms of DM )

Experience - Minimum 2 years
