Job Title: Business Development Manager Property Acquisitions Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years Preferred Background: Experience in hotel aggregators Location: Hyderabad Road No. 12, Banjara Hills Employment Type: Full-Time About Us FracSpace Pvt. Ltd. , is a growing brand with a diversified portfolio across Real Estate, Hospitality, and wellness sectors . We are expanding our footprint in the hospitality sector and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead property acquisition and onboarding for our expanding network of managed and partner properties. Role Overview Were looking for a smart, self-driven, and well-networked professional to lead property acquisitions for our hospitality division. The ideal candidate will come with prior experience in budget hospitality brands and aggregators and have a deep understanding of the commercial hospitality landscape, owner negotiations, and contract closures. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new properties (hotels, guest houses, resorts, boutique stays) for onboarding across target locations Build a strong property acquisition pipeline and close deals aligned with companys standards and revenue targets Conduct field visits, evaluate property potential, and pitch commercial proposals to property owners Negotiate lease/rental/management contracts in line with internal benchmarks Maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and aggregators Coordinate with operations, legal, and finance teams for seamless onboarding Provide regular reports and insights on acquisition metrics and progress Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field 3 to 4 years of relevant business development experience, preferably from hospitality aggregators Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Willingness to travel extensively for property visits and meetings Proven ability to work independently and deliver on targets What We Offer Competitive fixed salary based on experience Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI) Company-funded Medical Insurance Employee Discounts & Benefits across all FracSpace businesses Incentives based on acquisitions and closures High-growth environment with opportunities for leadership in expansion plans
