Salary Range   : ₹3.60 LPA – ₹4.80 LPA Job Type         : Full-time, On-site Joining            : Immediate to one month Timings           : 10 AM – 6 PM (2nd and 4th Sat – weekoff) About the Role: We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts and a passion for minimal, modern, and impactful design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in major design software, understand the fundamentals of advertising and branding, and be capable of creating designs across print, digital, and outdoor media formats. Familiarity with the latest AI-based design tools is essential. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design advertising creatives , packaging , magazine layouts , and branding materials . Develop engaging social media posts , digital creatives , and campaign assets . Design visuals for outdoor campaigns including hoardings, banners, and other OOH materials. Use CorelDRAW , Adobe Photoshop , and other relevant tools to create high-quality artwork. Integrate the latest AI design tools into creative workflows for improved efficiency and innovation. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while contributing fresh, creative ideas. Ensure timely delivery of all designs and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator or InDesign is a plus). Strong understanding of advertising design , packaging design , magazine layout , and OOH (Out-of-Home) campaigns . Experience in designing creatives for social media platforms . Familiarity with the latest AI-based design tools (e.g., generative AI for visuals, layout automation, etc.). Creative mindset with a strong inclination towards minimal and effective design aesthetics. Ability to take feedback positively and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, visualization skills, and design accuracy. Work Location: On-site (Office-based role)
