Internship Overview:Location: Remote/Work from home. (Candidates from Mumbai will be preferred as they might have to occasionally come for meetings/attend events)Schedule: Full-Time Paid InternshipDuration: 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment after the internship period.

Requirements:

Students who have recently graduated or are currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Enthusiastic learners with a strong interest in marketing and public relations.Good knowledge of various social media platforms and trends.Very strong verbal as well as written communication skills.Strong relationship-building skills.Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.Ability to work independently and remotely.Any prior industry experience will be a big plus.

Selected Intern's Responsibilities:

Identifying and reaching out to potential brands/influencers, that align with our brand values and target audience, for collaboration opportunities.Managing and maintaining relationships with brands/influencers to ensure successful partnerships.Assist in the planning, execution, and management of influencer partnerships, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.Monitoring and analysing the campaign performance to optimise results.Help compile reports on campaign performance and influencer partnerships, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to provide valuable insights and recommendations.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for influencer collaborations.
