Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment in renewable energy projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement testing and commissioning protocols.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on testing outcomes, system performance, and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all testing and commissioning activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth handover of systems post-commissioning.

Experience Requirement:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning, with strong exposure to electrical systems in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven hands-on experience in commissioning tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to manage site activities independently and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination, reporting, and compliance checks.

Education:
Any Graduation.
