The NorthCap University is inviting applications for 'Trainer - Communication Skills'

Overview:

The Communication Skills Trainer will play a crucial role in equipping undergraduate students with the essential communication skills needed for success in academic and professional environments. The trainer will deliver interactive sessions focusing on communication. In addition to conducting structured classes, the trainer would also execute support sessions to meet the benchmark and beyond for the overall success of the programme. The ideal candidate should possess formidable delivery pattern is suitable to a diverse participation.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver Training Programs:

Conduct interactive sessions on communication topics, using various techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer.Student Mentorship and Guidance:

Mentor students to improve communication skills and prepare for corporate settings through individual or group sessions.Student Assessments and Feedback:

Regularly evaluate students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain training records.Stay Updated and Upskill:

Attend TTT sessions, stay current with industry trends, and integrate relevant case studies in training.

Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Business, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Relevant certifications in communication training, soft skills training, or a related field for example TESOL/TEFL Certification; Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Certification; Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP); Behavioural and Soft Skills Trainer Certification; Cambridge English Teaching Qualifications (CELTA); Presentation Skills Certification (e.g., Dale Carnegie High Impact Presentations); Voice and Accent Training Certification; Emotional Intelligence (EI) Certification; Dale Carnegie Course: Effective Communications & Human Relations; etc.TTTs from renowned organizations like Dale Carnegie; American Society for Training and Development (ATD); International Training and Development (ITD) Centre; Franklin Covey; British Council; SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management); etc.Work Experience is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.Proficient in using digital tools and software for online and offline training.Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles and backgrounds.Understanding of business communication and corporate etiquette is essential.
