The Human Resources Administrator will handle day-to-day activities such as benefits administration, HR management, supporting Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role will involve maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and supporting organizational HR policies and programs. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency in Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS) Familiarity with Labor and Employment Laws and compliance requirements Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and support organizational goals Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are an added advantage
