Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Developer - Golang at GovGPT located in Hyderabad. As a Backend Developer - Golang, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems using Golang. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing API services, integrating third-party systems, optimizing database queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Golang (Go)
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
