Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, creating engaging content, and assisting in developing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and report on results.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to create engaging posts, stories, and videos.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure that all posts are scheduled timely.
- Monitor trends in social media and bring new ideas to increase engagement.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns as needed.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content and campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience in social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is an advantage.
