We are looking forward to hire Automation Testing Professionals in the following areas :

Program Test Lead

Objectives of this role

Maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Oversee multiple Automation teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

Work closely with project sponsor, Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Identify key requirements and estimate automation efforts. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders. Act as an Automation Architect between automation team and the delivery manager to troubleshoot issues related to the enterprise automation tool.

Required skills and qualifications

10+Years of experience leading automation teams Knowledge on configurations such as CICD pipelines, DEX with TOSCA Designed, strategized automation framework and strategy Five or more years of experience in a mid-management role, preferably in leading large automation projects Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization Good experience in managing stakeholders. Outstanding knowledge on Automation Framework, Best Practices and Reporting automation to stakeholders.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) Worked extensively on automation projects with Tricentis TOSCA Strong working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle Advanced and Expert level certifications in TOSCA
