Location- Gurgaon Sec 48

Shift Mode- 5:00 PM- 2:00 AM & 2:00 PM- 11:00 PM

5 Days Work from Office + Both Sides Cab


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Financial Planning : Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance.
  • Reporting : Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Forecasting and Budgeting : Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against these targets.
  • Business Partnering : Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis : Perform Ad-Hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.
  • Continuous improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance financial reporting capabilities.


Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of experience in an FA/SFA role or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
