Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for assuring systems are in place to recruit a wide range of personnel required by the company & manage end to end recruitment of Internal positions across the company.

Key responsibilities are but not limited to:

Identifying the organization's hiring needs, workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with hiring managers across business unitsPlan and implement a talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.Pre-screening potential candidates for open mandates, evaluating applicants and sharing the most qualified candidates with hiring managersStreamline the hiring process to ensure hiring managers have enough suitable candidates to choose from.Manage candidate’s application & interview experienceIncreasing brand awareness through boosting organization’s presence on social media channelsDeveloping and maintaining positive relationships with external recruitment agencies to fulfil critical hires within timelinesApplying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the businessMonitoring and reporting hiring metrics, ensure hiring targets are met within timelines.Compliance to hiring policies & SOPs

Required skills, experience and qualifications:

Bachelors/PG in Human Resources is preferredAt least 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in IT & Non-IT hiring, domestic & International positionsFlexibility to work overlapping hours with teams located in different time zones.Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn, social media and experience conducting searches on recruitment databases as required.Increasing talent sourcing by improving direct hiring.Must have a strong orientation to hiring manager satisfaction, an ability to foster productive team relationships, and work in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.Strong interpersonal skills.Computer literacy, database affinity; experience using ATS, conversant with MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.
