should be brought to the attention of the Management.Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Hyderabad International Convention Centreto ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.Support the company’s philosophy towards employee development, morale and institute programs to ensure the effectiveness and promotion of this philosophy within the department.Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.Maintain and update corporate database, entering delegate bookings to ensure delegate information/ records are kept up to date and accurate for future events.To ensure that the service of food and beverages is courteous and professional.Responsible for smooth, efficient, cost effective operation of all Banquet Food & Beverage service functions.

QualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skillsGood communication and customer contact skillsService oriented with an eye for detailsAbility to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.A motivator & self-starterWell-presented and professionally groomed at all timesExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
