Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and testing code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining technical features, working closely with Scrum Masters (SMs) to understand business requirements and break down stories into executable tasks within an agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:Software Development & Maintenance:Write, test, and deploy code to implement required featuresDebug and resolve software defects to ensure seamless performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time

Agile Execution & Collaboration:Align with Senior Developers on story scope and approachAsk questions and seek clarification on unclear requirements or implementation detailsEnsure timely completion of Merge Requests (MRs) and escalate when needed

Code Reviews & Continuous Improvement:Participate in code reviews and offer feedback to peersActively contribute to the improvement of development processes

Technical Skills Required:Java Spring BootJava SwingStrutsDockerKubernetesSecurity Integration and Identity Management System Configuration (preferred not mandatory)DevOps Gitlab and AWS Cloud formation preferredEventing Systems Kafka and SQS preferredAWS Cloud TechnologiesIntegrations SMS and Automated Call Systems preferred

Qualifications:Proven experience in software development using the above technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detailAbility to work in an agile, fast-paced environment

Hybrid Work Model:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our Crederians to average 3 days (full or partial) per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office, at a client site, or at an off-site location with other team members. Youll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.
