Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Indore. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. The role involves everyday tasks such as managing sales calls, building customer relationships, providing product information, and supporting customer service efforts to enhance overall sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the scientific instrumentation or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
