Role Overview

We are seeking a
Junior Course Developer (Physics)
with a strong teaching background to join our academic team. The candidate will play a key role in designing and developing physics-based course content that is engaging, interactive, and aligned with our learning methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and structure curriculum and course content for physics topics.
  • Create engaging lesson plans, assessments, and hands-on activities.
  • Simplify complex physics concepts into easy-to-understand explanations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, creative teams, and trainers for content delivery.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of the academic content.
  • Research and integrate modern teaching methodologies into the curriculum.
  • Continuously improve and update course materials based on feedback.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or related discipline.
  • Minimum
    2 years of teaching experience
    (school/college/training background preferred).
  • Strong conceptual understanding of physics principles.
  • Ability to design innovative learning materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Passion for teaching and content development.
  • Familiarity with EdTech tools and digital content creation is an added advantage.
