Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Apprentice located in Gurugram. Duration:1 Year (Candidates available for a 1-year apprenticeship should apply.)Stipend:as per industry normsResponsibilities:Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresPerform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable dataReconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accountsLiaison with Shared Service Centre for follow-up and regularization of vendor payment-related information including outstanding control Key skill requirements:Strong data entry skillsProficiency in English & Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeepingHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailJob Requirement:FresherB.ComExcellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skillsFluency in English and Hindi (both verbal & written)
