Currently live across the UAE, KSA and Egypt, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Ring every doorbell, everyday.About the role:As a Product Manager (PM) at noon, you will be part of a team of engineering, user experience, and quality assurance professionals collaborating with colleagues across the business to define and execute on the roadmap for your domain. The focus of this squad will be to help with the category discoverability, increasing engagement on the platform and driving key projects like personalization etc.We are looking for a world-class Product Manager to work with teams of engineers, designers, analysts, researchers, and marketeers to innovate and continuously reinvent our customers’ journeys.What you'll do:Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products aimed at improving the full customer lifecycle from acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reengagementConduct data analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities for the productIdentify trends and challenges within the customer journey and develop relevant product solutionsMake business decisions and prioritize based on data and impact on key metrics.Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designersSet up the infrastructure for usability studies, research and market analysis to inform product requirements that enhance the user experienceUnderstand our customers deeply through interviewing, surveying, and user testingDevelop a system and operating model to assess the success of developed productsOptimize the growth funnels through data analysis and user researchWhat you'll need:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field2-3 years of experience in Product Management roleStrong product management experience building consumer productsExcellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilitiesAvid curiosity and passion to take on tough challengesExperience driving user growth in consumer productsExperience in using qualitative research to develop growth strategyDemonstrated UX skill setProven ability to collaborate cross-functionallyExcellent business judgmentAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience working at a high-growth startup is a plusExperience working on a Product Growth team is a plusWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone;
