Job Title:  Bench Sales - Marketing Head
Location:  Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bench Sales Marketing Head located in Ahmedabad. As a Bench Sales Marketing Head, your responsibilities will include leading marketing strategies, managing sales activities, and driving business growth. Join us in shaping the future of work and achieving extraordinary career aspirations.
Overview:  We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales - Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive sales for our bench resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote bench resources.
Identify and target potential clients.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team on marketing campaigns.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies.
Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Manage the marketing budget.
Track and report on campaign performance.
Qualifications:
12 Pass / Graduate at Any Field
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
Experience in bench sales and marketing, preferably in IT.
Strong marketing and communication skills.
