Role -

Product Strategy and Development:

- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams and do complete UAT cycle

Digital Stack Management:

- Leverage your expertise in working with digital tools and technologies to enhance our digital stack- Ensure seamless integration of various digital platforms and tools for efficient product delivery

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM):

- Manage AEM-based content creation, optimization, and publishing- Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to maintain high-quality digital assets

Front-End Website Optimization:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to improve website usability, performance, and conversion rates- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to optimize front-end experiences

SEO and Analytics:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings- Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and conversion metrics using analytics tools- Provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing efforts

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Collect and analyze data related to digital assets, user behavior, and performance metrics- Use data insights to drive product improvements and inform strategic decisions

Collaboration and Leadership:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and analytics- Partner with tech and business teams to refine and iterate on ideas, influencing strategic plans.- Drive and influence key business decisions across the company on regular basis.

Qualification & experience

- Years of experience – 5+ years- Mandatory Qualification – MBA- Good to have, not mandatory – Experience in tech for financial services- Experience managing website as a product

Essential skills

- Should have worked as a digital product manager- Highly skilled in driving SEO through tech/content interventions- Expert level attention to detail and strong organizational communication skills
