Responsiblefor production support and operations of Retail Systems usingMicrosoft Dynamics
Retail Commercecloud for Jashanmal Group. First level of support for Retailstores; coordinate
with internalteams as well as partner to troubleshoot and resolve store issuesas per setSLO.
KeyAccountabilities:
Validate troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by businessusers.
Remotely provide firstlevel of business support to retail outlets on 15X7 basis andensure
maximum systemavailability.
Support and assistbusiness departments in datareconciliation.
Responsible forroutine retail operations activities such as sales postings priceand
promotionupdates.
Remote configuration ofPOS Machine Barcode handheld & related POSdevices.
Provide support tobackoffice teams in physical stock countprocess.
Conduct user training asrequired.
Adopt and improve theonsite IT processes documentation and bestpractices.
Ensure availability ofDaily reports for business users.
Perform price and system updates as initiated by the businessteam.
Enable discounts andpromotions in stores as initiated by the businessteam.
Support discount cardissues.
Support CRM data captureissues.
Generate reports andprovide data extracts as and whenrequired.
Perform reconciliationactivities on regular basis for storesales.
Purchase order capturefunction for stores and wholesalepurchases.
Work withInfrastructure partners for store siteactivities.
Work with SoftwareDevelopment partners for retail module fixes andtesting.
Documentation isimportant for maintaining the team knowledge base activelycontribute
to keep all officialdocumentsupdated.
Requirements Experience of working in Dynamics AX/Commerce ispreferred.
Bachelor s or higherdegree in any stream.
Minimum 2years of experience in IT application supportfunctions.
ITIL certificationpreferred.
Proficient inMicrosoft Dynamics retailfunctions.
Working knowledge ofsetup and configuration of retailservices.
Industry experience inRetail preferred.
Basic knowledgeof SQL query and running batchscripts.
Should be extremelyorganized and structured in officework.
Excellent communicationskills. English is the officiallanguage.
Candidate must havework experience in Office 365 collaboration andcommunication
cloud.

Bachelor sor higher degree in any stream. Preference given to Technologyrelated stream. Minimum 4 years of experience in BI softwaredevelopment. ITIL certification preferred. Industry certificationsfor Technology (Oracle, Microsoft, Tableau) preferred. Theapplicant should be an expert on below technologies o SSRS and SSISo Power BI o SQL o PL/SQL o T-SQL o Data Warehouse technology o ETLtechnology Working knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects is preferred.Capabilities in Python programming preferred. Good team player& ability to work independently to meet project timelines.Perform any other related administrative duties as assigned by themanagement from time to time. Candidate should be up to pace withindustry advances in BI field. Should be capable of demonstratingcreative talent by providing optimal solutions. Analytical mind tounderstand the trends and improvise on situation. Should beextremely organized and structured in office work. Excellentcommunication skills. English is the official language. Candidatemust have work experience in Office 365 collaboration andcommunication cloud.
